It’s a simple equation of 2 fruits, 2 vegetables, a banana to kill the bitterness, fresh lemon juice to keep it fresh and bright, and water to blend it all together. The matcha powder is optional but if you have it why not add it in? It’s packed with so much antioxidants and it doesn’t affect the flavor of the smoothie at all.

A healthy and delicious smoothie that you'll want everyday.
Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup green pear, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup water
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 banana, preferably ripe
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)
Directions
- Step 1 Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth (approximately 1 minute). Serve immediately.
